In Person Voting to Remain at Town of Cambridge

The Town of Cambridge’s Council has upheld the original decision made on 5 April 2023 to allow both in-person and postal voting at the 2023 Local Government Ordinary Election in October. 

Council voted to support the original decision because it offers ratepayers and residents more voting choices, including the more secure option of in-person voting.

The Town of Cambridge will ensure the community is well informed about the voting arrangements for the October election including how to register for postal voting.

The Town looks forward to a secure, fair, and exciting election and encourages all eligible voters to step up and vote in October to elect the person you want to represent you and your Town.
