The Role:
Our Administration Officer (Fleet) assists our crews in resourcing external fleet, materials and labour hire. A large responsibility of this role is to monitor the usage of internal plant and assist in the auditing of internal and external cost estimates through spreadsheets and maintenance of master lists.
Our Administration Officer (Fleet) is also involved in the processing of purchase orders and progress payments and also assists relevant work groups with administration duties in periods of high workload.

What we are looking for:
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with both internal and external customers in person, via email or over the phone You will have the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding Panel of Providers prices and information You will have demonstrated ability to correctly interpret and administer fleet operations You will have sound knowledge of road construction and maintenance activities, plant capabilities and productivity You will have strong keyboards skills with proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and database usage You will have excellent research skills to locate information and time management skills You will have the ability to work well under pressure on your own or in a team environmentWhat we can offer you:
