Temporary telecommunications issues

Isaac Regional Council wishes to advise community members that it is presently experiencing telecommunications issues due to a system upgrade.

Calls to 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227) are affected by this outage and inbound callers will reach Council’s afterhours centre where they may experience longer than normal wait times.

For non-urgent matters, callers may be requested to call back when the outage has been resolved.

Council is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and apologises for any inconvenience caused.
