Do you have a question on your baby’s, sleep patterns or feeding routines? Why not bring them along to Baby Bounce and Rhyme Time on Monday 21 August from 10.30am at Lithgow Library and stay for a video information session with Tresillian at 11.00am.
Tresillian is a not-for-profit organisation that assists Australian families in their children’s early years. Tresillian assists over 80,000 families so the Lithgow Library is excited to be hosting this information session. With over 100 years of invaluable service to generations of young families, Tresillian has played an important and unique role in the history of New South Wales. It continues to offer a range of services including parenting programs, counselling and one on one advice, designed to provide professional support for families with a baby, toddler or pre-schooler.
Tresillian assists families with gaining confidence as new mums and dads and teaches new parents about routines in breastfeeding, sleep, settling and nutrition. Tresillian also offers help and assistance to anyone suffering from post-natal depression.
Being a new parent can be extremely overwhelming, but Tresillian offers lots of information that can help. Today’s parents also have easy access to Tresillian’s well-resourced website and social media channels, a baby Sleep App, telehealth consultations, parenting programs and more. The information session will provide parents with the opportunity to ask questions and learn about how they can access the service.
