Public notice: Review of organic certified property enquirers in database

Central Highlands Regional Council is reviewing its historic database of known organically certified properties across the region. Council has written to known property owners requesting they ensure that the details are correct.

It is intended that this information be used for notification to:

Council’s construction and maintenance crews and contractors undertaking works on roads and roadsides; and External parties who have made applications to undertake works on made and unmade road reserves. This information will assist council in imposing suitable conditions for these applications, on the basis that property owners wish this to occur.
