Kick starting the Music in the Gardens Spring series for 2023 is the enchanting Royal High Jinx, scheduled for Sunday September 17, in the heart of the Albury Botanic Gardens.
Having graced prominent festivals across Australian and beyond, the Royal High Jinx, renowned for their catchy tunes and glamorous shows, have released three exciting albums. The Royal High Jinx have been described as the “Balkan Abba” and their performances exude originality, virtuosity, and theatricality. The band features the talents of Sarah Busuttil on violin, Silas Palmer on piano and drums, Terry Cole on the Mandolin and Jen Hawley on guitar.
A range of food and drinks options will be available to purchase on the night, so BYO chairs or a picnic rug and head on down to the gardens from 12pm ready for the performance at 1pm.
In the upcoming months, Albury Botanic Gardens will host more remarkable acts in the Music in the Gardens Spring series. October will feature a performance by Sal Kimber and her band, followed by This Way North, named Music Victoria’s Best Regional / Outer Suburban Act, in November.
