You may have noticed a few of our bins around Freo have an added bit of colour.
The artist behind the awesome artwork is year 7 Seton Catholic College student Ruby.
Earlier this year The City held a litter art competition for students aged 12–17 attending school within the City of Fremantle.
The competition put students to the test to come up with an fun a digital artwork that contains an anti-litter message.
Ruby's friendly trash-eating monster pops up 14 times across Fremantle on the Cappuccino Strip, Collie Street, High Street Mall, Newman Court and Walyalup Koort.
