Moree Plains Shire Council and the Moree and District Chamber of Commerce invite local businesses and employees to a Small Business Month breakfast event on 11 October.
The theme for this year is "My Small Business" and this event focuses on key areas of business health - physical, mental and financial, to ensure we "Beat the Burnout".
The event will feature inspirational keynote Adam Brook, from RevFit - Revival Fitness & Coaching in Tamworth, who will share his own personal story of managing a business, a team and a relationship – whilst also managing a diagnosis and treatment of Stage 4 Melanoma.
The breakfast will also include a panel of local business owners and operators, including Nadin Selman from Amcal Pharmacy Moree, Greg Bell from Gwydir Chiropractic & Physiotherapy and Jana Collier from Plaine Boutique. The panel will
focus on the full circle of health management when managing a small business – including physical, mental and financial health.
