Section 18 (5) of the Bush Fires Act 1954 (as amended) enables Local Government to vary the Restricted Burning Period due to seasonal conditions.

In accordance with these provisions, notice is hereby given that the commencement date of the RESTRICTED BURNING PERIOD for the entire Shire of Collie has been moved forward from Thursday 2nd November to 12.01am Thursday 19th October.
