The Central Coast Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for a new kiosk operator at the Ulverstone Sports & Leisure Centre.
The Centre is Northwest Tasmania’s premier indoor sport and entertainment venue. With three basketball courts, meeting rooms and social spaces, the Centre attracts a wide variety of users all year round.
The Ulverstone Basketball Association, Slipstream Circus and Ulverstone Judo Club are based at the Centre, with regular rostered games for local and regional competitions played throughout the year. Recently the Devon Netball Club has used the Centre as its home court for the Statewide League.
Offering high quality facilities with seating for 1,000 people, the Centre hosts national-level sporting competitions with the National Basketball League (NBL) and NBL1 games filling the show court each year.
