Starting from Tuesday 7 November 2023, we will be making some important changes to how we manage development enquiries. Meetings with our professional planners and building and plumbing experts will be by appointment only. Appointments can be online, over the phone or in person.
This will allow our busy staff to prepare for these important discussions, ultimately providing better customer outcomes.
Alongside these changes, we are also working on improving the information provided at our Customer Service counter and the information provided on our website.
