As at the 30th November 2023 under the Statutes Amendment (Local Government Review) Act 2021 Council’s Audit & Risk Committee is required to have a majority of independent members.

At the 17th October 2023 Council Meeting, the composition of the Audit & Risk Committee was amended to three independent members and two Council Members.

Council accepted the nomination of Mel Zerner to be an independent member of the committee and the committee comprises the following members.
