Get ready to eat, sleep, recycle, repeat during National Recycling Week!

This year's theme for Planet Ark’s National Recycling Week  is “what goes around, comes around” focusing on food waste and packaging.

While National Recycling Week is being held from 13 to 19 November, the City is celebrating all month with some fantastic activities!

In addition to all these amazing events and activities we holding a FOGO compost giveaway.

Simply download or update the Recycle Right app, with notifications turned on. Winners from the City of Fremantle and the Town of East Fremantle will be selected at random to receive two free 25L FOGO compost bags. Check the app for winning notifications. Redeemable once by 26 November 2023 at the Fremantle Recycling Centre.

Residents can help to increase recyclability of products they place into their bins by using their bins correctly. The Recycle Right app or A-Z list provides a quick guide on which bin to place your waste.
