Tasmania’s Central Coast Council has a great opportunity for an experienced Coordinator Economic Development.
Reporting to and working closely with the Director Community, Growth and Development, this newly created position will lead the development of the strategies required to position Tasmania’s Central Coast for growth. The successful applicant will require the skills and experience to create and implement economic development strategies and related documents which are evidence-based, measurable and actionable.
A key focus will be sustainability, ensuring that our growth is fit for place and that its benefits are shared across our community.

Essential:
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in economics, regional development or a related discipline and a minimum of three years’ experience in a related role.Salary and conditions:
Full-time position.
