Closure Ryan Weare Park for maintenance

Council advises that Ryan Weare Park, Freshwater, will be closed for maintenance works from Tuesday 5 December to Tuesday 12 December, weather permitting.

Dredging is required to remove sediment build-up in Freshwater Creek.

Heavy machinery will be required to undertake the works.

To ensure public safety, a full closure of the park is required.  The footpaths and cycleways remain open.

Council apologies for any inconvenience.
