An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone that has a positive attitude and is passionate and motivated about improving workplace safety.
Working across all areas of Council both independently and collaboratively, this position will be responsible for providing reliable and effective advice and practical solutions for all work, health and safety matters relating to Council operations ensuring a high standard of compliance is maintained.
With Council having recently embarked on a cultural journey, where the focus is on the wellbeing of our people, there has never been a more exciting time to join our team.
Essential: Certificate IV Work Health and Safety qualification or equivalent experience and demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation, regulations and their application in the workplace.
Salary and conditions: Full-time position. Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Technical/Inspectorial Level 4 ($79,467-$85,229).
