Central Coast Council are looking to appoint the key leadership position of Manager Works Operations. Leading a significant and diverse portfolio of dedicated and highly motivated individuals, the role is responsible for the sustainable delivery of a wide range of infrastructure, maintenance and operational projects and services. The services include all Construction and Maintenance projects including Roads & Drainage, Buildings and Facilities as well as the delivery of Open Space and Recreation operations and Waste services.
The range of projects and services is diverse which will appeal to those seeking a broad remit and a variety of opportunities and challenges. A key element of this position is the ability to foster and champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement both within the team and the wider organisation.
The position will of course work closely with the community to prioritise capital projects and ensure operational programs run seamlessly.
