This key position – Manager People and Culture – reporting to the Director Corporate Services, is responsible for the overall delivery of all services relating to People & Culture and Work Health and Safety. Leading a small yet highly motivated team, a key element of this position is the ability to foster and champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement both within the team and the wider organisation.
Functionally the role’s key responsibilities include providing expert industry advice across all areas of People & Culture and Work Health and Safety. Lastly you will assist both the Director and the Executive Leadership Group in relation to achieving Council’s Strategic directions.
