Consultation on the draft new Aged Care Act is now open.

The Department of Health and Aged Care invites anyone interested in aged care – including older people, their families and carers, aged care providers and workers, researchers and experts – to have their say.

You can download the New Aged Care Act Exposure Draft - Consultation Paper and the plain English summary, and access the survey at: www.health.gov.au/aged-care-act-consultation.
