Friday, February 2, 2024, 10am – 4pm A collection of found objects and quiet momentsThis exhibition - which brings together works by mother-daughter artist duo, Jennifer Long and Jessie Klug - reflects on the life of the collector, the tug of the natural world in the heart of the finder and the found. It explores the beauty of the smallest fallen seed to the eye of the keen passerby and marvellous opportunism of nature's own ability to squirrel away for chance and chapter.Together they have created a botanical and seasonal collection of paintings, drawings and prints which will walk you through our natural world in both its grandeur and its miniscule. To open the exhibition, there will be an afternoon chat with the artists on Saturday 3 February, 1-4pm.All are warmly invited to pop in at visit.
