Cardinia Shire Council is hosting a series of free skills development workshops to assist community groups with grants, fundraising and more.
The workshops will be held between February and June 2024 to support our volunteer community organisations such as sporting clubs, neighbourhood houses and community asset committees.
Grant writing workshop
Find out how to write successful grant applications, as well as information on what grants are available, and where to find them.

Learn more about the fundamentals of strategic planning for community groups, including marketing, recruitment and fundraising. Expressions of interest are sought as spaces are limited for this session.
