Be a Part of Shaping the Future of Floreat Activity Centre

The Floreat Forum owners are preparing to submit a Precinct Structure Plan for the Floreat Activity Centre in early 2024. To ensure the community’s views on this important area are considered and captured, the Town of Cambridge Council decided at its November 2023 Meeting to undertake an engagement exercise regarding the Floreat Activity Centre to gain an understanding of the community’s visions and aspirations for the future of the Floreat Activity Centre.

It's important to note that the Town is conducting the visioning engagement exercise independently of the Precinct Structure Plan that the Floreat Forum owners may submit for assessment. The Town will use the information gathered from the visioning engagement process in assessing and responding to the anticipated lodgement of the Precinct Structure Plan for the Floreat Activity Centre.

The visioning engagement process will consist of a series of two community workshops and an Open Session. The workshop series will gather community feedback on a range of themes that will assist to provide context to the Town in their assessment of the proposed structure plan.

The open session will be an opportunity to present a summary of the workshop outcomes to all interested community members. Registrations will not be required for the Open Session
