News from tonight’s Hobart City Council Planning Committee meeting

15 Marieville Esplanade, Sandy Bay

The Hobart City Council Planning Committee has approved a development application for a new building (food service use) for 15 Marieville Esplanade, Sandy Bay.

The application is for a shipping container to be repurposed as a tuck shop.

It will cater to participants in the children’s sailing program, operating from 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and from 11 am to 2 pm Monday to Friday during school holidays.
