Local seniors are in for a treat with a new Ageing Well Expo coming to the Cardinia Cultural Centre on Wednesday 8 May 2024.
The Ageing Well Expo 2024 will be happening at the Cardinia Cultural Centre, Lakeside Boulevard, Pakenham from 10am to 2.30pm on Wednesday 8 May 2024.
It will feature:
Master of Ceremonies, Anthony “Lehmo” Lehmann, a well-known radio host and comic performer Keynote speakers including: Cardinia Shire Mayor, Jack Kowarzik Falls expert, Annette Biviano, who will present on ‘Staying strong and steady for life’ Kirsty Monahan Community Mental Health worker, from the Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub, EACH who will present on ‘Positive wellbeing and you!’ An expert panel with Q&A session, with presenters and key service providers. Stalls by local community groups, Monash Health, Services Australia, Mecwacare, and more. A free, light lunch.This is a ticketed, free event and bookings are essential.
