Urban Oasis Pop-up Urban Sketching part of the ‘Make Visible’ Outdoor Gallery exhibition

Saturday, March 23, 2024, 11am – 1pm Urban Sketching encourages people to see their city anew and focus on some often-overlooked elements of architecture and ecology. It is the act of drawing the environment around you through direct observation. See acclaimed urban sketcher Peter Richards in action at the Urban Oasis Pop-Up in Queen Street Mall in March, as he captures the intersection of nature and the urban environment through pen and paper.If you feel inspired, you can take up a pen and clipboard (provided) to turn your own hand at urban sketching.This Urban Oasis Pop-Up will be in the Queen Street Mall from 19 to 23 March, 10am to 5pm, and include a series of events.
