Polling day for the 2024 State election has been set for Saturday, 23 March 2024.
You can vote in person from 8 am to 6 pm on Saturday 23 March 2024, at any polling place around Tasmania. The Tasmania Electoral Commission are currently confirming the availability of polling places and locations. These will be published on their website in the lead-up to polling day.
Voting is compulsory for electors. However, if you are unable to vote on the day, you may be eligible to vote early through one the following options.
Vote in person at a pre-poll centre:Below are some pre-poll centres that are located near Tasmania’s Central Coast that will be open from Monday, 4 March 2024 until Monday, 18 March 2024.
