A one-day festival designed to fire up young imaginations will be hosted by Logan City Council next month.
Following the success of last year’s event, the ImagiNation Children’s Festival returns to the City of Logan on Saturday, April 6 during the school holidays.
It will be held from 9am to 3pm at the Kingston Butter Factory Cultural Precinct.
A fun day of free activities includes nature sensory and water play, LEGO creativity play and robotics, netball and sand play.
There’s also kids yoga, theatre workshops and arts and craft activities.
The event is designed to allow children to embark on adventures, try new things and spark their imaginations.
The festival site will feature different ‘worlds’ including nature, creative, digital, action, entertainment and cultural.
The live entertainment program includes the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles stage show and an interactive circus performance.
ABC Radio Brisbane presenter Loretta Ryan will be the Master of Ceremonies.
