There’s no excuse for boredom these holidays with council’s school holiday activities happening in your town.
With over 65+ events to choose from across the region, there’s something for every age and interest.
Kicking off on 2 April 2024, activities will take place in Blackwater, Capella, Tieri, Emerald, Gemfields, Springsure, Rolleston, Dingo, and Duaringa.
General Manager John McDougall is impressed by the program’s diverse range of activities. ‘There really is something for everyone. It’s a great way for kids to get out of the house and engage in a safe environment, learn a new skill or even meet a new friend.’
‘The teams have put a lot of effort into planning activities that are accessible and appropriate for various age groups,’ he said.
