Notice of Revocation and Adoption 

At 12 March 2024 Ordinary Council meeting, Council determined (resolution 9370) to revoke:

LPP 2.5 – Residential Development Fronting Laneways and Rights-of-Ways

and adopt:

LPP 2.5 – Residential Development Fronting Existing Rights-of-Way (Laneways)

Before adopting the new Local Planning Policy, the draft policy was advertised for a period of 41 days. This gave the community the opportunity to provide comment on the draft policy. The adopted policy has been modified to respond to the submissions made by the community, and includes final updates suggested by Council.
