Public notice: New land valuations effective 30 June 2024

On 26 March 2024, the Queensland Valuer-General issued new land valuations to landowners within the Central Highlands Regional Council Local Government Area.
Landowners will receive correspondence from the state government, with the changes coming into effect on 30 June 2024.
Valuation roll information, including a searchable list of the 2024 land valuations, is available on the Queensland Government website, and information about the land valuation program can be found here.

Contact the State Valuation Service call centre on 1300 664 217. This service will be operating until 27 May 2024. Drop into the Department of Resources Office at 99 Hospital Road, Emerald to view the valuation roll book. This service is available during business hours until 30 June 2024.
