Infrastructure Services Support Officer

The Role:

Our Infrastructure Services Support Officer provides quality administrative services to the staff within Council’s Infrastructure Services department which includes our Technical Services, Works, Assets & Projects and Water & Waste groups.

What we are looking for:

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with both internal and external customers in person, via email or over the phone You will be very organised in your work and able to exercise initiative to manage priorities and meet deadlines on time You must have sound keyboards skills and be able to touch type with speed and accuracy in excess of 60 wpm You must be an experienced user of the Microsoft suite of programs and familiar with records management software systems You will have knowledge of administrative and legislative requirements as they relate to local government, or the ability to rapidly acquire this knowledge
