Council invites industry experts to apply for business coaches program Published: 1 May 2024

Cardinia Shire Council is inviting expressions of interest from business professionals and industry experts interested in participating in the Cardinia Business Coaches Program 2024-25.

The program is an opportunity for professionals from a diverse range of industries to become part of panel of experts that will support local businesses in their growth journey.

Cardinia Shire Mayor Councillor Jack Kowarzik said the Cardinia Business Coaches Program was a wonderful opportunity for industry experts to participate in a rewarding experience while supporting local businesses.

“Cardinia Shire is fortunate to boast a vibrant and resilient business community of more than 11,000 businesses,” Mayor Kowarzik said.

“Council is committed to ensuring our local businesses are supported and have access to resources, tools and training opportunities that will enable them to grow and prosper.

“Through the Cardinia Business Coaches Program, the successful coaches will have the opportunity to mentor business operators and help them enhance their skills and knowledge, as well as guide and support them in a range of areas, including strategy development, exploring new market opportunities and implementing sustainable growth plans.”

As part of the program, business coaches will have the opportunity to deliver personalised, one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to the needs of the business they are mentoring, as well as providing feedback to Council on the mentoring sessions and opportunities for improvement.
