Public notice: Valve and hydrant works – Emerald

Please be advised that water supply will be affected in areas throughout Emerald due to valve and hydrant works on Thursday 16 May to Saturday 18 May 2024 between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm.

The contractor, Comlek, will be operating valves and hydrants and conducting isolation tests. This will affect water pressure for short periods of time.

You might experience slight discolouration of your water after these works, it is recommended that you run the water for a short period of time. If this persists, please contact council on 1300 242 686.
