Australia’s premiere comedy bash is setting off on its annual roadtrip around the country, and its stop at Ararat Town Hall is guaranteed to be an all-night knee-slapper. On May 22, the finest comedians from the Melbourne International Comedy Festival are slated to perform right on our doorstep!
Celebrated comedy fest stalwart Zack Dyer will bring his uniquely absurd observations and bona fide bogan background to the stage; award-winning Butchulla, Mununjali and Woppaburra woman Janty Blair is primed to deliver the Deadly guffaws; actor David Quirk (of critically acclaimed Oz shows Please Like Me and Problems) will bring his magnificent stand-up chops; trailblazing globe-trotter He Huang is set to outdo the Australia’s Got Talent audition which won her viral fame in 2022; and Suren Jayemanne – whom you may know from his appearances on Wil Anderson’s Question Everything or SBS Food’s Good Tucker – rounds out this delectable line-up.
