Disposal of Property

Section 3.58, Local Government Act 1995

Notice is given in accordance with section 3.58(3) and (4) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Kent proposes to sell the listed property (vacant land) to Clinton and Jenni Dolan of JHE Jubilee Holdings Pty Ltd , for the considerations stated.

The Shire invites submissions concerning the proposed disposition by 4.00pm 14 June 2024. Submissions MUST be in writing and should be addressed as follows:
