The Howard Smith art projections are part of Council's Outdoor Gallery program.About the artist: Judy WatsonJudy Watson is an internationally recognised, prolific artist based in Brisbane, with work held in public collections such as the National Gallery of Australia, the British Museum and the Library of Congress in Washington DC.
