At the meeting, Council: 

Adopted the Councillor and Staff Interaction Policy  Resolved to withdraw from the Expression of Interest process for land located at 1-3 Anderson Street, Bright  Supported the North East Catchment Management Authority's deferral of the Bright Fish Passage project indefinitely until sufficient suitable funding becomes available  Adopted the Alpine Shire Council Asset Management Policy No 49. (version 3)  Awarded a contract for Concrete Footpath Construction – Myrtleford and Porepunkah  Voted not to exclude Councillors from Council's Community Grant Program and Event Funding assessment panels  Endorsed the Draft Governance Rules and Election Period Policy, the Draft Councillor Expenses and Support Policy, the Draft Dealing with Difficult Customers Policy and the Draft Public Transparency Policy for the purpose of seeking public submissions  Adopted the Fair Access Policy  Received and noted the Quarterly Performance Report ending 31 March 2024
