Make a Quiltbag with Sami Workshop Saturday 29 June | 2–4pm | Fremantle Library | FREE, bookings required

Struggling to get your head around the letters LGBTQIA+? Come make a QUILTBAG - a rearrangement of those letters sewn into a small quilt, sewn onto a bag. Whether you have sewing skills zero to hero, Sami will help you make your takeaway QUILTBAG.

BYO your own machine, or Sami will have a few to share. Tea, Coffee and Cake provided.

Discover FANTASY FREMANTLE brought to life in LEGO®! Follow the trail to find seven fantastical Freo Builds (suitable for kids aged 2-12 years) and look out for special offers and bonus activities along the way! See what happens when Freo’s famous landmarks are reimagined by WA children and brought to life by Perth’s best LEGO® builders.

Screen Printing Workshop for Youth Tuesday 2 or Thursday 4 July | 10am–12pm | Sullivan Hall | FREE, bookings essential

Learn how to design and cut out stencils to screen print a design of your making onto a cotton tote bag or your own garments! Take a deeper look at pop art styles and how stencils can be used in different contexts with Art Jam’s Workshops.

Art Jam's workshops and programs are designed by an arts therapist and community arts worker, to help participants achieve a creative flow state, as a tool for improving mental health and creating better connections within communities.

Denim Upcycling Workshop with Second Spark Studios (12–25-year-olds) Thursday 4 or Friday 12 July | 4–6pm | Sullivan Hall | FREE, bookings essential

Second Spark Studios will teach you how to upcycle your old, worn denim using hand-painting techniques! Participants will need to bring along their own piece of denim clothing to upcycle (we recommend a denim jacket or vest, but you can also bring jeans or overalls if you would prefer).

Vinyl Collage Workshop for (12–17-year-olds) Tuesday 9 July | 10–11.30am | Sullivan Hall | Tickets $5pp

Using a vinyl record as a canvas, Paper Deli Designs will guide participants (aged 12-17 years) through the collage making process. Supervising adults are not required to purchase a ticket, and are welcome to stay for a cup of tea or coffee.

Pizza, Pasta & Back to the Future | Town Hall Movie Night Sunday 7 July | 5–7pm | Fremantle Town Hall | Tickets $5pp
