Public notice: The installation of smart water meters in the Capella

During the installation, either your current meter was replaced with a new integrated smart water meter or an add on device was attached to your existing meter.   

Monitoring your water and detecting leaks  

From Monday 17 June you will be able to access the MyWater online portal. 

1. Click on the sign-up now button  2. Enter your details   3. Verify the sign-up email in your email inbox   4. Login to the portal  5. Click ‘Add Property’ and register your address   6. Once your details are confirmed by council staff you are all set up.
