Public notice: Valve and hydrant works – Emerald

Please be advised that water supply will be affected in Emerald due to valve and hydrant works on the following dates and locations:

Thursday, 20 June 2024 from 9 pm to 1 am:Slacks Dr, Quinin St, Donnelly St, Rus Layton Dr, Peggy Ct, Sharlyn Cres, Chalmers Cr, Shepherd Gr, Vanessa Pl, Yvette Ct, Spring Gr, Long St Friday, 21 June 2024 from 9 pm to 1 am:Slacks Dr, Quinin St, Donnelly St, Rus Layton Dr, Peggy Ct, Sharlyn Cres, Chalmers Cr, Shepherd Gr, Vanessa Pl, Yvette Ct, Spring Gr, Long St Saturday, 22 June 2024 from 9 pm to 12 pm:Slacks Dr, Quinin St, Donnelly St, Rus Layton Dr, Peggy Ct, Sharlyn Cres, Chalmers Cr, Shepherd Gr, Vanessa Pl, Yvette Ct, Spring Gr, Long St Sunday, 23 June 2024 from Midnight to 4 am: Grey St, Roberts St, Gladstone St, William St

The contractor, Comlek will be replacing valves and hydrants affecting water supply in the above areas.

You might experience slight discolouration of your water after these works, it is recommended that you run the water for a short period of time. If this persists, please contact council on 1300 242 686.
