PUBLIC FACILITY CLEANER

The Council has a great opportunity for a Public Facility Cleaner to join the Infrastructure Services team. 

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of Council’s public amenities throughout the municipal area.  

The Public Facility Cleaner will join a collaborative and supportive team to play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, sanitary and pleasant environment for all users of our public amenities.  

This position has an attractive nine-day fortnight roster. including a four-day weekend every second weekend.  

With the Council having recently embarked on a cultural journey, where the focus is on the wellbeing of our people and the sustainable growth of our community, there has never been a more exciting time to join our team. 

Essential: Experience working as a cleaner in similar environments and a current motor vehicle license.  

Salary and conditions: Full-time position.  Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Municipal Employee Level $63,564 (additional weekend penalty rates apply).
