Wyndham City is proud to announce Chloe Boric as the One Wyndham recipient for July.
Chloe is passionate about playing an active role in the community and has participated and volunteered in a range of community events including Wyndham Youth Harmony Day and the Wyndham Volunteer Expo.
Chloe manages a range of commitments, looking after her baby, working fulltime, studying at University and volunteering.
She is committed to creating and building a sustainable future and works tirelessly towards this goal. Volunteering at the Werribee Zoo, especially during the school holidays, taking care of animals, providing information about the animals and their habitat and a memorable experience to tourists and visitors is one of Chloe’s highlights.
Chloe takes part in the annual Tree Planting event at Presidents Park which is a practical way to help provide future canopy cover and protect the environment.
She is also skilled in sustainable and conservation practices and general wildlife information.
Chloe is currently in her final year studying a Bachelor of Environmental Science (Wildlife and Conservation Biology) at Deakin University where she is pursuing her passion to build and create a sustainable future.

One Wyndham recipients are residents aged between 12 to 25 who positively contribute to the Wyndham community and are role models to other young people.
Each month Council selects a Wyndham resident to be awarded the ‘Young Person of the Month’.
Winners are awarded a $300 gift voucher of their choice and other prizes.
