Tuesday 9 July 10am-3.30pm: FREE Aboriginal Service Providers Forum at CRC
Chance for an informal chat with regional Aboriginal health, social welfare, cultural and tourism organisations. Refreshments provided.
Wednesday 10 July and Friday 12 July: FREE community film shows at the CRC
10am: Locally made animated short films: Welcome to Barladong and Quairading Stories /PG
11am BRAN NUE DAE The favourite family film / PG
1.30pm SWEET AS – A must-see movie that tells the story of Murra, an Indigenous Australian teenager / M Free refreshments
Saturday 13 July 11am-3pm: FREE Riverstone Art Workshop at CRC
Drop-in art workshop for children and adults. Create your own decorated riverstone using traditional Aboriginal painting techniques with artist Michelle Kickett.
Sunday 14 July Community Tree Planting Day: Start 10am at the Bush Reserve, 241 Avon Terrace. With the River Conservation Society. FREE Ballardong BBQ lunch for participants. All welcome.
