The Council has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join the Community, Growth and Development team.  This position is responsible for effectively implementing the Council’s development compliance functions in a professional and timely manner, with a focus on Building, Plumbing and Land Use Planning.

Essential:  

A minimum certificate IV level qualification in Local Government, Building, Land Use Planning, investigations or other related field and at least three years’ experience in a similar role OR in one of the following areas:  

Building, plumbing or a related trade/profession;   Land use planning;   Environmental health;   Permit Authority.  

Salary and conditions: Full-time position.  Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – $89,676 (Professional Officer Level).
