Public notice: Valve and hydrant works – Emerald

Please be advised that water supply will be affected in Emerald due to valve and hydrant works on the following dates and locations:

Tuesday, 6 August between 9:00 am and 2 pm Locations: Colleen Ave, Park Ave, Braeside Rd, Carrington Pl, Cook Cl, Downs Cr, Joel Ernest Dr, Stephanie Ct, Jaqueline Dr, Alamein Dr, Kaitlyn Pl, Rosanne Rd and Borilla St.

The contractor, Comlek, will perform isolation tests on valves and hydrants affecting the water supply in the above areas for short periods of time, not exceeding 10 minutes.

You might experience slight discolouration of your water after these works, it is recommended that you run the water for a short period of time. If this persists, please contact council on 1300 242 686.
