Compost Turn and Learn

Wednesday, October 2, 2024, 9:30 – 10:30am Keen to get into composting at home? Join a one-hour ‘turning and learning' compost demonstration and chat. Environment Centre staff will talk you through the basics of some of the organic recycling options suitable for a home garden, balcony, or kitchen bench.This session is an adults only event.Requirements: Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in. Wear sun-safe clothing, fully enclosed shoes, and sunscreen. Insect repellent recommended. Bring water and a snack if required as there are no food outlets on site.Note: This event will go ahead in light rain.
