Public Notice - Adoption of Site-specific DCP controls for 263-281 Pennant Hills Road, Carlingford

Notice is hereby given that the City of Parramatta Council endorsed at its meeting on 22 July 2024, a site-specific Development Control Plan (DCP) for a land at 263-281 Pennant Hills Road, Carlingford that will become Part 8.5.11 of Parramatta DCP 2023. 

The site-specific DCP provides detailed guidelines on built form, public domain, water management, vehicular access and parking, environmental sustainability and public art.

The site-specific DCP will come into effect when the associated Planning Agreement is finalised; and as soon as practicable following finalisation of the amendment to the Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2023 and publishing on the NSW Legislation website.
