Floral Arrangement Workshops

Moree Plains Shire Council is delivering another Ricochet Community Recovery Event, a free dried floral arranging workshop to be held in Mungindi and Weemelah. 

Surround yourself with preserved flowers and discover how to make a beautiful, everlasting floral arrangement. Participants will create their unique dried flower arrangement to take home while learning handy tips on foraging and drying flowers and foliage.

A Community Recovery Session will occur before the workshop where the community is invited to provide feedback about flooding events. Explore Weemelah and its surrounds on the Big Map. This giant aerial floor map is designed to bring the community together to walk across it and share their experiences, identify risks and discuss ways we can better prepare our livelihoods, infrastructure, homes and businesses for events that may occur in the future.
