A public expression of interest process for the sale of Victoria Hall has concluded with no viable offers presented to the City of Fremantle.
The City received six submissions, all of which were assessed by a panel.
Council then authorised the CEO to continue negotiations with the four highest ranked submissions.
These negotiations concluded with no acceptable offers being received.
The City will now work with the current licensee, the Fremantle Theatre Company, and assess the most suitable ongoing use of the venue with any options identified to be brought back to Council for consideration at a later date.
