Notification of Upcoming Works: Hydrant and Valve Replacements

Please be advised that Comlek Plumbing, the contractor engaged by Central Highlands Regional Council, will initiate construction work activities that will impact the water supply to your property on the specified dates and times.

The excavation will require cutting through driveways and gardens, but the contractor will reinstate all these to their original state. Any trenches that will be left open daily will be entirely barricaded.

When: Saturday, 31 August 2024 Time: From 9.00 pm to 1.00 am for a period of up to 4 hours Details of work: Remove and replace with new valves and hydrants. Locations: Esmond St, Theresa St, Yamala St, School Ln, Egerton St, Harmer Ln, Dunning Ln, Church Ln, Gregory Highway, Hospital Rd, Batts Pl, Retro St, Ruby St, Anakie St.

Upon reconnection, you might notice a slight discoloration in the water. It is advisable to run the water for a brief duration.

While the work will inevitably produce some noise, the team will make every effort to minimise it, and apologise for any disruption this may cause.
